Brittany’s career in real estate began in 2013, and her journey has been marked by significant milestones and achievements. Starting as an administrative assistant, she swiftly advanced to the role of office manager at a prominent Tampa Bay brokerage. Her exceptional skills in recruitment, training, and mentorship led her to nurture and guide hundreds of real estate agents. Her philosophy of "helping others however possible" has been a cornerstone of her career, driving her to continuously elevate her contributions and impact.
In 2021, Brittany took a bold leap to pursue real estate independently. Her innate talent and extensive background facilitated a remarkable achievement—surpassing the $1 million mark in real estate sales within just three months. This impressive feat solidified her reputation as a top producer and showcased her exceptional ability to navigate and succeed in the competitive real estate market.
Brittany's commitment to professional excellence was recognized in 2022 when she received the Greater Tampa Realtors® (GTR) Newcomer of the Year award, honoring her outstanding efforts and rapid growth in building her business. She was then asked to take on the role of 2023 GTR YPN Ambassador. From there, she was promoted to 2024 GTR YPN Chairperson. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Brittany holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from the University of South Florida (USF), where she graduated with honors. Her active involvement in student organizations, including serving as president of the animal-rights student organization, serving as fundraising chair for the Alpha Phi Sigma Criminal Justice Honor Society, serving on the Student Academic Integrity Committee, and interning with Hillsborough County’s Cruelty Investigations Department, reflects her dedication to advocacy and community service.
A passionate advocate for sustainable living, Brittany has served on the board of a local non-profit organization since 2017. Her role in this capacity has honed her organizational and collaborative skills, further enriching her ability to lead and contribute meaningfully.
